Spent Christmas with my family in a cozy countryside house. Loved waking up to the sound of birds every day. Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options including fruit, bread, and jam. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still only a few minutes' drive to the nearest town. My son enjoyed the fantastic countryside view from the room. Another bonus was the lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The dryer next to our room was quite noisy, and it was running late at night and early the next morning, which might be disturbing for light sleepers. , the access to our room was through a garage that wasn't the cleanest we'd ever seen.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. A nice rural setting in the countryside but only 10 mins from Dunedin.
No en-suite bathroom facilities.

The location of this country house was great for everything in the area. the living area was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. the view from the property was lovely, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. the room matched the pictures and was quiet, but with no Wi-Fi access, it could be challenging for the ones who need it.
The cleanliness of the shared bathroom needs improvement and the live bugs on the floor upon arrival were not expected.

the sheep and dogs were delightful and made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions and the free Wi-Fi was reliable.
The accommodation itself was a disappointment. the furnishings were outdated and the room lacked basic amenities.

We loved the hotel facilities, parking and transportation. The location was handy to everything we were in the area for and in a great spot to explore the city. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful.
